Do you take insurance?
While we don't directly bill insurance companies, we can provide you with a detailed receipt and treatment summary. Many of our clients have successfully used these documents to obtain reimbursement from their insurance providers.What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly request 24 hours' notice for cancellations. You may cancel your appointment by phone or by responding to any of our appointment reminder texts or emails.Do you sanitize between clients?
We adhere to strict sanitation protocols throughout our facility. This includes using fresh linens for each client, sanitizing equipment, thoroughly cleaning treatment rooms between sessions, and maintaining cleanliness in our lobbies and restrooms.What should i expect during my first visit?
During your first visit, you'll complete a health intake form and discuss your needs and preferences with your therapist. You'll then receive a personalized massage treatment. We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.I'm pregnant. Can i still get a massage?
We offer specialized prenatal massage for clients who have completed their first trimester. Our therapists are trained in safe techniques and positioning for expectant mothers.What if the pressure is too light or too firm?
We encourage open communication during your session. If you find the pressure too light or too firm, please inform your therapist. We can adjust the pressure at any point during your treatment to ensure your comfort.Do you sell gift cards?
We do offer gift cards, which can be purchased at our front desk. They make excellent gifts for various occasions or as a thoughtful gesture. Our gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be used for any of our services.
